Returns & Exchanges Policy

Every product on our site is made on-demand and fulfilled by Printify, Leaving us with more time to create amazing designs for you to enjoy. We choose only the best quality suppliers to ensure you as the customer are getting the best for your money.

Because all our products are made on demand, this means none of our products are mass-produced, nor do we keep any physical stock thanks to our on demand partners. Each product is printed just for you and sent straight to your door.

Because everything is printed on demand, we have a more strict returns policy especially as all funds are donated to charity.

 

Reasons we will not accept Returns:

You have asked for a refund after the 14 day period.

We will also not accept returns for buyers remorse such as change of mind about colour, design etc…

We also cannot accept returns for wrong size so please make sure you double check the sizing chart which we have added to each product.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our suppliers facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

 

Reasons for Returns accepted:

We are more than happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange if an item is damaged, an error has occurred and you have received the wrong order or the product is of poor quality (which we are hoping will never happen). We will always replace free of charge or issue you with a refund (minus shipping) as long as it’s within 14 days.

If you send an item back without contacting us first, you will not be refunded!
